We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible. We attempt to ship out all orders received by 12:00 pm EST – the same day (depending on stock).
Domestic shipping methods are USPS: Priority Mail® and USPS: Express Mail® . Once processed, your order will be confirmed and we will inform you of the shipping.
International (***No Tracking Available***)

This option is made available to our international customers to provide a less expensive option; however, there is no tracking available. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, but the delivery date will not be available.
Note: International Mail orders can experience delays of up to 4 weeks (sometimes longer) due to customs and delivery regulations in the country of delivery. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country for more information.
International Taxes & Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Warranty & Returns/Exchanges

Due to high customer satisfaction rate, returns of the DefenderPad are rare, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would not like a replacement, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
*Any Returned Products that are not in original packaging, missing contents, or in USED condition are subject to minimum 10% restocking fee as we can no longer use the item. We are not responsible for any return postage for order placed and shipped in the US or internationally.

Returns can take 7-10 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive a refund to your Credit Card or PayPal Account.
One-year Limited Warranty
We have worked very hard to develop the finest product, but if there is a defect in the construction of your DefenderPad, a store credit will be issued for a replacement product.
*All warranty claims of any nature are barred if The DefenderPad has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
Please fill out our Return Request Form with a description of your defect. We will review your claim, and issue you an RMA number.

Once we receive your product warranty claims can take up to 7-10 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive an email with a new store credit code to be used online at DefenderPad.com.
